My country of birth does lots of stupid things but linking loss of electricity to loss of water in the house is not one of them.Dumbdeedumbdeedumb dumb dumb.
We just had three back to back storms. Looking at the landslide that caused damage to a water main and hearing the familiar refrain of collect rainwater, boil water, etc, makes me wonder how many problems of developing countries are linked to not building infrastructure that can stand up to extreme weather.
