Windows 10 Build 10166

I went to the public library around 10 am and started downloading Windows 10 build 10166 while doing other online work. At 3 pm it was 51% downloaded when the library cut my internet connection. Other people were online but not me. I was given a second password and told to restart. I did not want to restart but could not get back online. When I restarted CCleaner popped up to tell me I had hundreds of megabytes to clean - guess what that was. I guess I could have tried to install the 51% instead I cleaned it off and tried again. I have up at 15% download and another internet cutoff.
