I got to the pubic library about 11 am and tried to download build 10166 from another website because it was no longer showing up on the update settings. It failed at 30% download. Then I checked the Windows blogs and realized there was a newer build but I had to log in. I logged in and all the Office 2013 updates that failed to update before downloaded again. It took until 2 pm for them to download and fail to install except for the malicious software removal tool which did install. Then from 2 to 5.30 the 101240 downloaded 15%. I closed the computer and went to catch my bus. I missed it and went back to the library. While walking to and fro the download went to 30% and got to 60% 2 hours later when I left the library. At a 24 hour restaurant it got to 100% download at 21.36. It took until 23.26 to go from 95% to 100%. I took out my headphones; they don't work and the sound does not go off when they are plugged in. Youtube worked on Microsoft Edge but did not load videos on either Firefox or Chrome.
I finally unchecked the automatic download box so that Office 2013 will hopefully stop trying to update if there are any more new builds.
