hard drive fail - no posts

I shut down my computer to go to the library to get the latest Windows preview and it would not restart. The test says the hard drive needs to be replaced. If I am reading correctly the last preview that downloaded to my computer was a build for mobiles. Unless they renamed it after it was downloaded to my computer. I did not go looking for that build. In the few days that I spent trying to download it changed from one preview to the next. I am spending the day trying to fix it because I do not have 2016 backed up. Tomorrow I will call customer service.
