From Piedmont to Puglia with stops in Emilia Romagna and Le Marche to get to the origins of organic Parmasan Cheese, Balsamic Vinegar, Culatello, Cold Pressed Virgin Olive Oil, Adriatic Seafood, Enjoy wines from top Barolo, Barbaresco and Verdiccio Producers, a Once in a Lifetime Truffle hunt in Piedmont, the ancient and undiscovered village of Orsara di Puglia, a night in Sorrento and a grand finale lunch on the Amalfi coast.

Get to the heart of iconic Italian ingredients, from hunting for truffles to hand made pasta, fine organic Balsamic Vinegar and fresher pressed virgin olive oil
