The conference theme this year is "Justice & Equity in Policy and Practice" and the focus will be on addressing all factors – clinical, social, and structural – that will help attain health equity. Engaging, practical presentations and workshops will look at improving access and care in underserved populations, as well as an emphasis on policy and advocacy both on a community and legislative level. Highlights include: Skill-building workshops on Chronic Pain and Opioids; Race, Racism, and Health Equity; Group Medical Visits; Interprofessional Leadership; Self-care; Herbalism; and Homeopathy A policy and advocacy workshop including a congressional briefing on Capitol Hill covering "Non-Pharmacologic Approaches to Pain in Underserved Populations."
