This discussion will invite you to learn more about your hormone health and how to introduce delicious food and botanical medicine as a way of balancing your hormones.
Areas that will be covered include:
An introduction to the basics of a healthy hormone pathway
Signs that your hormones may be out of balance; signs such as fatigue, acne, hair loss, weight gain, poor sleep, and mood changes
Toxins and foods that may have a harmful affect on hormone health
An overview of foods and nutrients that contribute to healthy hormone balance including detoxifying foods, healthy fats, herbal teas and powders
A brief look at some conditions where food can play a key part of healing: Polycystic ovarian syndrome, premenstrual syndrome, and menopause
Q&A session at the end of the dialogue
