Recipe of the Month: Decadent Roasted Brussels Sprouts

I am in love with the beautiful colours of fresh grass, tulips and crocuses. Seeing and smelling the freshness around after a loooooong winter is bringing me out of hibernation, so I've been celebrating with a super simple fresh smoothie.
Ingredients:
1.5 cup cashew milk
1 scoop protein powder (I love a good vegan vanilla protein powder with a little stevia as the sweetener, but you can use what you have)
1/2 cup frozen mango
1/2 cup frozen spinach
1/4 avocado
1 tbsp each of ground flax, chia and hemp seeds
Dash cinnamon
