obnoxious staff person in Point Grey Staples
The USB transceiver for my Microsoft Comfort Keyboard and Mouse stopped working yesterday even though the weld that was done in Nelson, BC held up. It separated from the plastic. I called the store where I bought it to see if they could track the receipt from the serial number because Microsoft said that the warranty on it was good for 3 years and I think it is under 3 years old. The staff person (with an accent traditionally associated with knowing about computers) was obnoxious. How dare I call on Black Friday? As if Point Grey Staples is going to have hordes of people. And why can't I call on Black Friday if I have to buy a new combo; which is what I ended up doing; but not in a Staples store.
