Coursera vs bricks and mortar

Way back when the University of London would not let me switch my Economics online degree from the old syllabus to the way more relevant new syllabus so I did not finish the third and final year even though I had the time during my Masters degree and barely enough money to pay for it. Now Coursera is allowing students to move their finished work from a course that has ended to the same course that starts later on during the year. I've had to take that option because I don't want to put too much stress on my failing hard drive.
