Porto will host the10th World Congress onPolyphenols Applications: Porto Polyphenols 2016 which will be held at Instituto Superior de Engenharia do Porto from June 29 - July 1, 2016.
The scientific committee of Polyphenols 2016 stated: "The 10th edition of Polyphenols 2016 will gather more than 300 participants, coming from 23 countries.
More than 100 communications (oral & poster) will be presented during three days.
We will talk about the strategic roles of polyphenols to prevent many chronic diseases. We will highlight the mechanistics, and the impact of polyphenols in food and beverage will be discussed. A special session will be dedicated to polyphenols extraction from waste and bio-waste.
Again for Polyphenols 2016, we will discuss about trends and innovations in terms of polyphenols applications as functional food and/or pharmaceutical drugs."
