Abstract
Anal
cancer was diagnosed in a 36-year-old nulliparous woman. Before
chemoradiation was started, ovarian transposition and uterine fixation
were performed in order to preserve capability for future parenthood.
Despite of a low anti-Mullerian hormone level, IVF therapy was
successful and resulted in a full-term delivery of a healthy baby by
cesarean section. This is the first case report of successful pregnancy
after full-dose pelvic radiation for anal cancer.
