The Dr. Rogers Prize is a biennial prize that celebrates those individuals whose work has advanced the field of complementary and alternative medicine in Canada. Entries completed and submitted before 5:00 PM (PST) May 29, 2015 will be considered for the 2015 Dr. Rogers Prize. All nomination materials, including letters of support, must be received prior to the deadline.The winner receives a $250,000 award, the largest prize of its kind. 

Submit your nomination by April 15th to be eligible to win 4 tickets to the Dr. Rogers Prize Award Gala!

The Dr. Rogers Prize VIP Package includes four tickets to the Dr. Rogers Prize Award Gala Dinner to be held on Friday, September 25 in Vancouver, BC - a $600 value. This year's Award Gala will feature a keynote presentation by Dr. Jeffrey Bland, the “Father of Functional Medicine” and author of The Disease Delusion: Conquering the Causes of Chronic Illness for a Healthier, Longer, and Happier Life.

To qualify for the draw, nominators must:

1. Submit the Intent-to-Nominate Form prior to Wednesday, April 15, 2015 | 5:00 PM (PST)
2. Meet the Nomination Package deadline of Friday, May 29, 2015 | 5:00 PM (PST)
