27099 accesses in past 30 days for Ethnomedicines used in Trinidad and Tobago for reproductive problems ???

I have seen this sudden jump  on BioMedCentral before for another paper that vaulted over my own. I asked about it then and the web master said that it was valid. I'm not sure if one of the recent papers citing mine is very popular or if someone mentioned the paper on a MOOC course (me? I just unenrolled from a related course that I did not finish) or a blog or if it is a computer error. I wish the same thing would happen to my sinking horse paper.
