All welcome. During this meeting and reception, members, not-yet-members, faculty and leaders connect, rejoice and plan another year of transformation. Join us to learn more about the Academy’s current projects, how to use and benefit from your Academy membership and how we are bringing integrative health to the mainstream.
- Self-Care Night: Monday, October 26, 2015 | 7:00 PM – 9:30 PM
Attendees will gather for an evening of self-care with six coordinated events and a central outdoor reception.
- Crones/Sage Sage School: Tuesday, October 27, 2015 | 7:30 PM
This event is a special tradition and part of our AHMA legacy. Attendees share in reflection and deep supportive connection, coming together to celebrate our shared humanity and holistic heritage. Two sacred gender-specific* spaces are created. (*Based on self-identification.)
- Poster Reception & Awards: Wednesday, October 28, 2015 | 6:00 PM – 7:30 PM
Throughout the week, original research posters will be showcased in the Garden Room of the main conference hall. On Wednesday evening, following the Research Keynote speaker, a special reception with food and beverages will be held in the Mission Bay Room where each poster presenter will be at their respective poster to answer questions.

The AIHM is committed to providing affordable CME to all professionals and take into consideration many factors to ensure our community can attend our events. Our 5-day conference offers one of the most affordable per credit CME rates across all disciplines. We offer an additional 10% discount to all AIHM members. Note: All prices listed, which include organic, beautiful breakfasts and lunches onsite, are for the current price rates. Early bird rates effective until July 1, 2015. Standard rates: July 1 to October 18th. Onsite rates begin October 18th until the day of the event.Early Bird Rates

On the final evening (Thursday, October 29th), we are gathering in celebration and fellowship to honor the work of those transforming medicine. Reception, dinner (fish, veggie or vegan & gluten free options), awards celebration, and dance party are all included. The AIHM Gala is expected to sell out early, so secure your ticket at a special rate and plan your travel accordingly!

- Focused Track: Integrative Medicine Board Review
This intensive board review course is offered during day 2, 3 and 4 (Mon 10/26 – Wed 10/28) of the AIHM Annual Conference. This gives attendees the benefits of both the amazing first and last day plenary sessions, day 2, 3, and 4 keynotes AND a specially designed study course to prepare those MDs/DOs sitting for the American Board of Integrative Medicine (ABOIM) board exam, administered by the American Board of Physician Specialties (ABPS). Designed and executed by a team of experts, the course offers a comprehensive overview of all key test domain sections. Pricing includes a guaranteed seat in the review course, a digital copy of the ABIHM’s Curriculum Study Guide containing over 700 pages of material, and a packet of 200 sample study questions specifically developed to help prepare you for the board exam. If you are interested in attending only the 3-day review course, please purchase the three day option on the registration page and add the Integrative Medicine Board Review focus track – or for a nominal fee register for the full conference and get the benefits of 2 extra days of CME.

- Option 1: Integrative Oncology in Practice and Prevention
In this full day workshop, practitioners will learn the latest natural therapies and conventional cancer treatments to improve the health outcomes of patients. Discover natural therapies that reduce cancer risks to bring health, healing and vitality to patients diagnosed with cancer. Lise Alschuler, ND, co-author of The Definitive Guide to Thriving After Cancer and Mitchell Gaynor, MD, founder of Gaynor Integrative Oncology and medical director of the Weill Cornell Center for Complementary and Integrative Medicine will lead the workshop.

- Option 3: Healer Within – Embracing Change: Practices for Resiliency
Let us accompany you on a personal journey to transform burnout into resiliency. A phenomenal lineup of leaders including Daniel Friedland, Nita Gage, Molly and Bruce Roberts will provide experiences and theoretical perspectives from a variety of models of change including Daniel Friedland’s neuroscience-based model of change, 5Rhythms movement therapy, and shamanic indigenous native teachings.
