Abstract
The purpose of the present study was to investigate the efficacy of the "Kladorod1
biological preparation for improvement of physical working capacity of
highly skilled athletes, specializing in freestyle wrestling. Freestyle
wrestlers - members of the youth and adult teams of the Republic of
Sakha (Yakutia) were involved in the experiment. The findings make it
possible to recommend the use of the "Kladorod" biological preparation
to improve the effectiveness of training sessions and the results of
athletes involved in speed and strength sports. This recommendation is
based on the results obtained and on the conclusion of All-Russia
Scientific Research Institute of Physical Culture (VNIIFK) that "the
"Kladorod" dietary supplement does not contain any doping components and
can be used in the training oprocess f athletes and during large scale
physical culture occupations without any restrictions on the criterion
of doping control". It is promising to proceed the study of the
effectiveness of the "Kladorod" biological preparation when used with
different doses and dosage regimen by athletes with different skill
levels and specializations, which will increase their fitness level and
improve their competition results.
