The Okanagan library branch in my current location is selling older magazines for a few dollars. They look brand new - and unlike Vancouver - have no torn pages. I noticed one recent Vogue had more diversity than normal. I was not paying close attention but it might have been a play or movie promotion with actresses rather than models.
