Same that tune

Girl crush (Little Big Town) sounds awfully like the chorus for 'Slow Hand' by the Pointer Sisters to me. It sounds like 'Old School Love' to others.
Maybe the original is an old song in the public domain and that's why the song went to the Grammy's instead of to court? Or maybe they asked permission?
